 The Paris Game The Sex Tape Hilton grabbed attention of media after the leak of her sex tape with her then-boyfreind Rick Salomon in 2003, shortly before the December premiere of her reality show ‘The Simple Life’. Though she denied the consent for the release of ‘sex tape’ and subsequently Salomon filed a suit against Hilton for defamation. Afterwards Paris sued him back for violation of privacy and distress. However, In the end, the matter was settled out of court after Salomon and Red Light District Video agreed to pay Hilton $400,000 plus a percentage of the tape's sale profit titled as “1 Night In Paris”.
